Join the Archi Build Team

At Archi Build, we're only as good as the people on our sites. We look for qualified carpenters, unqualified tradespeople, and labourers who take genuine pride in their work, people who care as much about the finish of their work as they do about hitting the deadline.

We're also very committed to shaping the next generation of builders. Our apprentices learn their trade hands-on, working alongside experienced carpenters on an array of different builds, while overseen by the likes of BCITO. It's a genuine grounding: by the time you finish, you'll be reading detailed architectural plans, building new homes and working on renovations, with skills that open doors well beyond the tools, all the while supported by a great team.

We're a small, close-knit team, and we like it that way. Respect goes both ways here, in how we treat each other, and in the standard we hold our work to. We're proud of our high staff retention, it says a lot about the environment we've built and the people in it.
